DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes – Aroma Indian Dining offers delivery every day between 5:00 pm and 9:30 pm, subject to location. Some areas may be outside our delivery radius. A minimum order of £12 applies and delivery charges vary by distance. Please speak to a member of our team to confirm delivery availability for your address.
WHAT TIME IS YOUR HAPPY HOUR DEAL?
Aroma Indian Dining Happy Hour deal runs every day from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
CAN I MAKE A BOOKING AT AROMA INDIAN DINING?
Yes – you can make a booking at Aroma Indian Dining online by clicking here or by phone. Walk-ins are also welcome, and you are welcome to relax in our bar area while you wait, though during busy periods there may be a short wait.
DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY REQUESTS AND ALLERGIES (FOR EXAMPLE HALAL)?
Yes – we can accommodate a range of dietary needs. Please speak to your server on arrival for detailed menu information and options. Allergen information is available on request. Due to shared kitchen environments, we cannot guarantee dishes are completely allergen-free.
HOW DO LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS AND GATHERINGS WORK?
We are happy to host larger groups for celebrations, corporate meals, birthdays, and special occasions. or group bookings of 10 or more guests, we require a £10 per person deposit to secure the reservation. This allows us to prepare properly and allocate tables fairly. The deposit is deducted from your final bill on the day and may be retained in line with our cancellation policy. Please contact Aroma Indian Dining if you need any clarification.
HOW LONG IS MY TABLE RESERVATION FOR?
Tables are allocated for a set period depending on party size. If you require additional time, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your request.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For group bookings of 10 or more guests, cancellations or significant reductions in numbers must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If sufficient notice is not given, the £10 per person deposit may be retained. This helps us manage staffing, ingredients, and table availability.
CAN I CHANGE MY GROUP SIZE AFTER BOOKING?
Yes – if your party size changes, please inform us as soon as possible so we can update your reservation subject to availability.
CAN I BRING A BIRTHDAY CAKE OR DECORATIONS?
Yes – you are welcome to bring a birthday cake and table decorations. We do not charge a cakeage fee.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOUSE RULES?
Only food and drinks purchased at Aroma Indian Dining may be consumed on the premises.
WHAT IS YOUR ADMISSION POLICY?
Guests are required to order food while sitting in the restaurant. Our “Challenge 25” policy is in effect, and the management reserves the right to refuse admission. We have a one main per person minimum requirement.
DO YOU PROVIDE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS OR ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS?
Yes – we welcome guests with accessibility needs. Please inform us in advance so we can allocate a suitable table and ensure a comfortable visit. Please note that our toilets are located upstairs on the first floor, not on the ground floor.
DO YOU ALLOW PUSHCHAIRS?
Yes – we are family-friendly. Pushchairs are welcome, though we may ask that they are parked in designated areas to keep walkways clear. Please notify us in advance if bringing multiple pushchairs.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS?
Yes – we offer gift cards/vouchers which make an ideal gift for any occasion. These can be purchased and collected directly from Aroma Indian Dining on any day during our normal opening times. Please speak to a member of our team when you visit.
